The New Hampshire Department of Safety compiles the statistics of crimes reported in all cities and counties in the state. In 2017, Carroll County reported a total number of 420 crimes reported, including 85 violent crimes and 335 property crimes. The violent crimes reported include 25 rapes, four robberies, and 53 aggravated assaults. There was no reported incident of murder in the county.
